At Lighting Superstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices; if a fixture isn't perfect for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging, uninstalled, and in resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Fixture

Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original manufacturer's box, ensuring all crystals, hardware, and mounting accessories are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible to prevent processing delays.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for damage or installation marks, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
