How do I know which light bulb is compatible with my fixture?

Each product page lists the required bulb base type (e.g., E26, G9) and maximum wattage. We recommend using LED bulbs for energy efficiency and longevity.

What is your policy on damaged or broken glass items?

While we pack our items with extreme care, glass is fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item for a free replacement.

Do you offer professional installation services?

Lighting Superstore provides the fixtures only. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to install your new lighting to ensure safety and preserve your warranty.

How much does shipping cost for oversized chandeliers?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. For exceptionally large or heavy crates, a specialized freight handling fee may apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy if the style doesn't fit my room?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging that have not been installed or had their wires cut. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your outdoor lights weather-resistant?

Yes, all fixtures listed in our Outdoor collection are either 'Wet Rated' for direct rain exposure or 'Damp Rated' for covered porches and patios.
