General Recommendations

Australian Safety Standards require your ceiling fans blades to be at least 2.1m (210 cm) from the floor.
Increasing the amount of space above your ceiling fan will generally result in better performance (airflow).
The ideal distance from the floor to the blades of your ceiling fan is between 210 cm and 270 cm for optimal performance.
