Extension Rod:

• If you have steep raked ceilings, or they are higher than average, an extension rod may be used to maximise the effects of your new ceiling fan. 
• Extension Rods are available as a separate part. They come in lengths of 900mm and can be cut to a suitable length by your electrician

Warranty: 

• 3 years standard “In-Home” warranty
• 3 years “Parts Only” warranty on motor (excluding labour)
• 1 year warranty applies when the fan or relevant part is used in
• any non-domestic applications.
• Integrated light kits on AC ceiling fans are covered by 2 years warranty.
• All fans need to be installed by a license Electrician.
• If a fault becomes apparent please call the warranty number provided in the packaging of the ceiling fan, do not attempt to uninstall the ceiling fan.
